We serve child from birth through adolescence, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children.

How do I know if my child needs speech therapy?
You may notice:
Delays in talking or not meeting expected milestones.
Difficulty being understood
Limited vocabulary
Frustration when trying to communicate
Challenges with social interaction
No babbling or limited gestures
Difficulty following directions
Feeding or chewing concerns.
If you’re unsure, we provide screenings and full evaluations.

What happens during the first appointment?
Your first visit includes:
A parent interview
Play-based observation
Speech/language assessment
Review of goals
A plan for how therapy will looking moving forward. You’ll leave with clear next steps.

Do you offer home-based or clinic based therapy?
Our services are home-based and natural-environment focused (home, daycare, school, community settings), which helps children use skills where they live, learn, and play.

Do you accept insurance?
Chatterbox Speech Therapy PLLC is currently private pay but in the process of becoming credentialed with insurance providers. We can provide superbills upon request for families who want to submit for possible reimbursement.

How long are therapy sessions?
Sessions typically last 30-45 minutes, depending on your child’s needs and the treatment plan.

How often will my child need therapy?
Most children attend therapy 1-2 times per week, but frequency is always based on the evaluation and your goals as a family.
